Tea is a very healthy drink. Tea has been present for years and many people have enjoyed its benefits. The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. The loose leaf tea is used as is and is not placed in any container. The very leaves of the loose leaf tea are the ones that are soaked in water, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
